Caji Terms and Conditions — Rules of Use

1. Introduction and definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Caji platform and its services. "Caji," "we," and "our" refer to the Caji operating company and its affiliated entities. "You" and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered visitor who uses the Caji website or app.

• Following account closure, applicable portions of the Terms and Conditions remain in effect.

9. Limitation of liability

The Caji platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
